Shipping & Returns
Traxxas.com does not currently accept orders outside the United States,
including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Traxxas.com also
requires a street or physical shipping address. No P.O. boxes are
allowed. International customers please contact Traxxas by phone at
1-888-TRAXXAS in the U.S., or 972-265-8000 outside the U.S.
Delivery Time/ Shipping Deadlines
Traxxas reserves the right to impose ordering deadlines to make it
possible for customers to receive orders in the specified time frame when
optional expedited shipping is specified in the order. Orders
placed after the deadlines with accelerated shipping methods may be
shipped the following day.
If standard ground shipping is selected, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. It may take up to 3 days for your order to be processed, filled, and shipped, and up to 7-10 days of travel time with standard ground shipping. These are the typical, expected delivery times. Depending on the volume of orders and your location, actual delivery time may be longer or shorter.

When to contact us
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an
e-mail confirmation (if an e-mail address was provided). If you have
not received confirmation that your order has been processed and
shipped by the fourth day for ground shipments, or by the following day
for air shipments, then please contact us for verification of
receipt/processing of your order.
Once the order has been shipped, please do not contact Traxxas to find out the delivery status of your order. You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. This tracking number will also be available on the "Order History" page, under "My Account" after the order ships. Please use the tracking number to find the expected delivery date and to follow the travel progress of your order.

Returns
If you have received a shipment that is incorrect, please contact us at
1-888-TRAXXAS, or send an e-mail to support@Traxxas.com. Our friendly
customer support representatives will work with you to resolve the
problem. The site does not have the option to return items to Traxxas.
Do not simply return or redirect the package back to Traxxas without
contacting Traxxas first. Packages returned to Traxxas without return
authorization will be rejected. Opened items cannot be returned for a
refund.
